Christine Hartwell, CDA – Lead Dental Assistant and Chief Management Officer

A graduate of Bishop Feehan High School, Christine brings a strong foundation of customer service and business management experience gained from years in the medical office setting. She joined us at Bay State Endodontics in 2015 as Office Manager and became a licensed Dental Assistant in 2016 after discovering a deep passion for patient care and clinical support. Beyond maintaining her certifications in Dental Radiology and Basic Life Support/CPR, Christine consistently works to further her assisting career, using her knowledge and kindness to ensure a calm and comfortable patient experience. Recent accomplishments include celebrating over a decade of loyal and impactful service at Bay State Endodontics and enhancing her expertise by achieving Certified Dental Assistant (CDA) status, reflecting ongoing commitment to personal and professional development. Christine’s dedication to a healthy smile and body extends to her free time, where she participates in Kickboxing, enjoys creative outlets, and exploring new places with her husband, daughter, and friends.

Meghan Joyce – Front Desk Manager

Meghan was born and raised in Mansfield, MA. She graduated Bridgewater State University in 2022 with a Bachelor’s degree in Communications and Public Relations. With countless years of quality customer service, she found her way to Bay State Endodontics in 2024, where she took on the role of Front Desk Manager. Meghan has a history of working with patients in the medical setting and feels fulfilled by seeing what can be done to help those in need. In her free time, she loves to explore new cities, see her favorite artists live, and go skateboarding with her dog, Petey. 

Allison Sabin – Clinical/Administrative Staff and Marketing

Allison was born and raised in the town of Mendon, MA.  She is a graduate of Nipmuc Regional High School in Upton, MA. She has many years of quality customer service experience. In recent years, she gained valuable business management experience in both the fine dining industry and dental field. Allison began working for Bay State Endodontics in 2018 and obtained her Dental Radiology certification in 2019, inspiring her passion for medical technology and hands on patient care. In May 2025, she graduated from the Radiologic Technology program at Mass Bay Community College, further amplifying her expertise and career advancement. Her confident, soft-spoken demeanor helps put the most anxious of patients at ease and making her a great fit for filling in the gaps where needed in our practice. (Please don’t leave us :(..) In her spare time, Allison likes spending time with her family, friends, and dog, Luna.
